EPSCO International announces the relocation and expansion of its Freeport, TX Branch office to 903 Brockman in Clute, TX.
EPSCO International announces the relocation and expansion of its Freeport, TX Branch office to 903 Brockman in Clute, TX. The new facility will provide 13,000 sq. feet of office, warehouse and shop area to better serve the Freeport and surrounding area. Remodeling of the facility is scheduled for completion and relocation of branch operations on July 1, 2010. Michelle Minchew is the Clute Branch Manager and will mange account services for the Freeport and Clute, TX area. Plant Maintenance Services will also have offices and setup shop facilities within the new location. Chano Reyes is the PMS Project Manager and will manage field and shop services for the area.

EPSCO International celebrated an April, 2010 ground breaking for a new 16,000 sq. foot office, warehouse and shop facility in Westlake, LA.
EPSCO International celebrated an April, 2010 ground breaking for a new 16,000 sq. foot office, warehouse and shop facility in Westlake, LA. The new facility is located at 3571 Nabours Road, Westlake, LA 70669. The facility is scheduled for completion and relocation of branch operations in August, 2010. Charlie Faux is the Westlake Branch Manager and will mange account services for the Westlake area. Plant Maintenance Services will also have offices and setup shop facilities within the new location.

EPSCO International has been acquired by Industrial Plant Services
Industrial Plant Services has acquired ownership of EPSCO International, Inc. from Plastic Omnium on August 14, 2008. The new company will be renamed EPSCO International & Companies, Inc., a Texas Corporation ("EIC").
EPSCO will operate as the distribution division and sister company of Plant Maintenance Services ("PMS"), the field services division of the parent company, Industrial Plant Services. The field services business within EPSCO has merged in with Plant Maintenance Services in Texas and Louisiana. The distribution business of PMS has been merged with EPSCO in their St. Gabriel, La. location nearby EPSCO's former Geismer, La. location.
EIC & PMS are complementary businesses with excellent synergies providing exciting opportunities for customers in Texas and Louisiana. EPSCO (EIC) has been a leading supplier of non-metallic corrosion resistant products and technical solutions for over 45 years and Plant Maintenance Services (PMS) is a multifaceted contracting company with years of field experience providing corrosion protection and refractory solutions for multiple industries.
